The reason for the damage of the upper bag top

The damage of the bag mouth mostly occurs at the contact part of the filter bag expansion ring and the flower plate hole and within 30cm below the bag mouth. The main reason is that the filter bag expansion ring and the flower plate hole do not cooperate well. The bag cannot be installed in place, and a strong knock or a hard step will cause an acute angle or burr in the flower plate hole to puncture the filter bag; when a negative deviation occurs, the filter bag will move up and down and wear, or even drop the bag; The nozzle and venturi are not installed concentrically and skewed with the filter bag, and the high-speed airflow will scour and wear the filter bag when the pulse jet is generated.

Reason for bag damage

The damage of the bag body is mainly caused by the back and forth friction between the horizontal and vertical steel bars of the bag cage and the filter bag. The wear is the most serious when the steel bars of the bag cage are corroded.

 Causes of bag bottom damage

The damage to the bottom of the bag is the most common. The main reasons are: the size of the bottom of the bag cage is too small, and the filter bag is too long to cause wear on the inside of the filter bag; the flower plate is deformed, the bag cage is bent, the bag cage is not installed vertically, and the bottom of the filter bag is not fixed. In case of collision with each other, the outside of the filter bag will be damaged.

 Causes of bag cage damage

The long diameter of the bag cage is generally more than 40cm, and it is welded by 3~4mm steel wire. It is very easy to cause bending deformation and desoldering during handling, storage, installation, and replacement of the filter bag. In the case of corrosive gas, it is easy to rust, and it is easy to stick to the filter bag.
