As a leading manufacturer of dust filter bags, 2024 has been a remarkable year for our company. Throughout the year, we have been committed to technological innovation and product quality improvement. Our R & D team worked tirelessly to explore new filter materials and manufacturing processes, which enabled us to launch several high-performance filter bag products. These products have been well received in the market, helping numerous industrial customers achieve better emission reduction results.
In terms of production, we optimized our production lines to enhance efficiency and ensure stable product quality. Our strict quality control system guaranteed that every filter bag leaving the factory met high standards. Meanwhile, our sales team expanded our customer base by actively participating in industry exhibitions and providing professional on-site consultations. We have established long-term partnerships with many key clients, further strengthening our brand reputation in the industry.
Looking ahead to 2025, we are full of anticipation and confidence. We plan to invest more in research and development to develop even more advanced filter bag technologies that can meet the increasingly stringent environmental requirements. For example, we aim to create filter bags with ultra-high filtration efficiency and longer service life. In production, we will introduce more automated equipment to improve productivity and reduce costs. Aokai' R&D center, based on the principle of the "lotus effect," has developed a low adhesion function through multi-faceted optimization and verification, which can adhere to the surface of filter materials with superhydrophobic and self-cleaning properties.
2、CareClean®
In response to high wind speeds, low emissions, and low resistance, Aokai has launched the CareClean® high-efficiency, low-resistance innovative product. The CareClean® series filter bags help enterprises reduce energy consumption and emissions, achieving near-zero emissions.
3、Physical and Chemical Laboratory
Aokai's Physical and Chemical Laboratory has completed its reconstruction and upgrade, further enhancing Aokai's ability to control quality and innovate, ensuring the stability and high standard of product quality.

4、The implementation of TPM by all operators
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), as a means to enhance operational management, has been fully implemented in the workshop, resulting in more stable product quality.
5、The stereoscopic warehouse for operations has been put into use
The new stereoscopic warehouse utilizes the first and second floors of Phase III to establish zoned storage and three-dimensional management, with sufficient filter material reserves to meet customer demand for materials.
6、Enhance the workshop's capability for rapid delivery.
The workshop has established an S-line for rapid delivery to respond to different customers' scheduling requirements and ensure on time delivery.

7、Government key laboratory project
In the first quarter, the Taizhou Science and Technology Bureau announced the 2024 key laboratory construction projects, and the "Taizhou Key Laboratory of Ultra-clean Filtration Polymer Materials" project of Jiangsu Aokai Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. made the list.

Aokai received 104 customer visits throughout the year, and communications were held centering around the research and development as well as the application of Aokai's products. Aokai's new products have received widespread recognition from customers.

Driven by its environmental mission, Aokai helps reducing particulate emissions by 270,000 tons and purifies 230 million cubic meters of air through its high-speed cleaning technology every year.
