How to improve the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter

At present, the market share of bag filter is as high as 80%. How to improve the dust removal efficiency of bag filter has become the most concerned issue. The dust removal efficiency of the bag filter is the most basic parameter to measure the performance of the bag filter. It represents the ability of the baghouse to handle dusty gases. It is related to the working state of the bag filter, and is affected by factors such as dust properties, resistance, and wind pressure. Next, three factors that affect the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter are introduced.


    The results show:


    (1) In different working conditions, the influence of the dust collector bag on the dust removal efficiency. Under different working conditions, the sorting efficiency of the same bag is different. The dust removal efficiency of the clean bag is the lowest, and the dust removal efficiency of the dust bag is the highest. After dust removal, the bag dust removal efficiency is reduced. It can be seen that the main dust collection function of the bag filter is the dust layer on the surface of the filter bag, which is usually called the secondary filter layer, and the filter bag only supports the dust layer. Therefore, the dust removal intensity should be appropriate, and a certain thickness of dust layer should be retained to avoid the reduction of dust removal efficiency.


    (2) The influence of dust particle size on the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter μ Under the three working conditions, the dust removal efficiency of the ordinary bag filter is the lowest, because the dust particles in this range belong to the working principle of the bag filter; interception ; and; diffusion; therefore the most difficult dust to capture is in the range of 0.2 to 0.4 μM


    (3) The influence of the structure of the bag filter and the dust load on the dust removal efficiency was studied. The dust load deposited on the surface of the bag is also directly related to the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter.
