The PPS filter bag is made of Japanese Toray and domestic polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fiber selected by our factory.

1. The PPS filter bag has excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance. It is superior to aramid fiber in terms of resistance to organic acid, inorganic acid, acid and oxidant.

2. The PPS filter bag is suitable for occasions where the flue gas contains moisture.

3. Good temperature resistance, melting point 285℃, continuous use temperature 160℃, instant use temperature 190℃

4. The best flame retardant polyphenylene sulfide fiber has a polar oxygen index (LDI) of 34-35, which is a non-combustible material. Polyphenylene sulfide fiber needle punched felt not only has high temperature resistance, but also has corrosion resistance.
