The reson of Damaged dust filter bag

The shape of the dust filter bag and the installation method and mechanism of the filter bag  determine the position where the filter bag  is easily damaged, and inspection and maintenance can be carried out accordingly.

The aging of the filter bag  is mainly caused by the following reasons, and it is necessary to investigate the cause, take measures to eliminate it and replace the dust filter bag.

1 Hardening and shrinkage due to abnormally high temperature;

2. Due to contact reaction with the vapor of acid, alkali or organic solvent;

3 Reacts with moisture.

4. The filter cloth should not be hung too loosely or too tightly. Too loose it is easy to accumulate dust, and too tight is easy to be damaged.

5. The old cloth bags of the new process should not be mixed, so as to avoid the different damage time affecting the normal operation of the dust removal equipment.

6. Blow out the replaced filter  bag with compressed air first, and then check whether there are any holes. If the bag is covered by dust, rinse it with water, and leave it to be replaced after drying.
