Acrylic filter bags are homopolyacrylonitrile also known as acrylic, and the English name is Homopolymer Arcylic. It is a synthetic fiber filter material with good hydrolysis resistance, suitable for continuous operating temperature 125℃-150℃. It has good resistance to organic solvents, oxidants, inorganic and organic acids, and has good hydrolysis resistance. Homo-polyacrylonitrile has general alkali resistance. Due to its superior hydrolysis resistance and acid resistance to polyester, it is often used to make up for the shortcomings of polyester. It can also be mixed with polyester fibers to make acrylic mixed polyester filter bags.

Acrylic filter bags have excellent chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance, and are widely used in waste incineration, asphalt, cement, coal mills, power plants and other flue gas dust collection. They have the following characteristics:

1. The continuous working temperature is 130 degrees, and it does not exceed 140 degrees in an instant;

2. Good acid and alkali resistance, PH value is between 3-11;

3. The relative humidity is less than 30%, pay attention to oxidation.

4. Hydrolysis resistance is better than polyester

5. Weight: 500~600gsm

6. Thickness: 2.2mm
