In order to make the dimensional performance of the filter material more stable, our company conducts heat setting treatment on the filter material after the needling of the filter material. Using an eight-section electronic temperature-controlled oven to eliminate the residual internal stress of the filter material at a high temperature of 300 ℃, and make the filter material undergo initial shrinkage, ensuring the dimensional stability and ultra-low heat shrinkage rate of the filter material under working conditions.
The immersion treatment of PTFE dispersion requires an optimized process formula and many years of practical experience to achieve good results. Our PTFE emulsion is a special formula developed by combining the technical formula of the same industry-high-concentration polytetrafluoroethylene composite emulsion-to impregnate the whole fiber of the needle felt. The PTFE dispersion immersion treatment protects the fiber of the filter material well, improves the fiber's corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and temperature resistance, prolongs the service life of the filter material, and adapts it to a more severe use environment.
