Chemical plants generally choose to install a pulse bag dust collector, good maintenance is also the prerequisite to ensure the normal and stable operation of dust collector equipment. How is the newly purchased dust collector used and maintained?

1, ash inspection.

Generally, this kind of dust collector equipment uses a timed ash controller. Although the ash is convenient, we still need to check whether the ash cycle is accurate regularly in the process of use. If the phenomenon is not allowed, adjustments should be made in time. If a constant resistance pulse controller is used, the working condition of the pressure switch should be checked regularly to see if the pressure port is blocked. And clean it up in time.

2. Start-up operation process

When starting the machine, the compressed air should be connected to the gas storage tank, the control power supply should be connected, and the ash discharge device should be started. If there are other devices in the system, the downstream devices should be started first.

3. Shutdown operation process

Dust collector equipment downtime, after the process system to stop, should maintain a pulse bag filter and exhaust fan to continue to work for a period of time, to remove the remaining moisture inside the equipment and dust, in addition, after the filter stops working, must be repeated to soot dust catcher, (or manual removal), the dust on the dust bag, To prevent dust bag by moisture and paste bag.

4. Data monitoring

Test process parameters regularly, such as smoke volume, temperature, concentration, etc., find out the reason and deal with it in time.

5. Maintenance and treatment of electromagnetic pulse valve

Electromagnetic pulse valve such as failure, should be timely excluded, such as internal impurities, moisture, should be cleaned, such as diaphragm damage should be replaced in time.

6. Troubleshooting of motor and transmission system

Reducer, ash transport device and other mechanical moving parts should be oil injection and oil change in accordance with the provisions, found abnormal phenomenon should be eliminated in time.

7. Testing and maintenance of other devices

The oil-water separator in the gas storage tank and gas source triplet should be discharged once per shift, and the oil-water separator should be cleaned every 3 to 6 months. The oil mist should be checked frequently and refueled in time.

8. Personnel management and training

Conduct regular training and spot check on the management personnel of the dust collector equipment to ensure that the on-duty operators are familiar with the principle, performance and operating conditions of the dust collector, and master the adjustment and maintenance methods.
