Common application problems of dust filter bags

1. When to replace the filter bag?

There are two ways to determine when to replace the filter bag in practical applications:

1) Roughly determine the replacement time based on experience.

2) Pressure gauges are installed on the inlet and outlet pipes of the bag filter. The time to replace the filter bag is determined by the pressure difference displayed by the front and rear pressure gauges. Generally, the pressure difference that the filter bag can withstand is 0.5~1kg/cm2 When the pressure difference reaches this range, the filter bag should be replaced in time to avoid the filter bag breaking and affecting the filtering effect.

2. Step by step filtering

The bag filter is installed in series to realize step-by-step filtration.

If installed at the front end of the filter for high-precision filtration, the cost of filtration can be greatly reduced. It is also possible to combine filtration methods such as sand filtration with bag filtration to further improve filtration quality and reduce the consumption cost of filter bags.

Combining self-cleaning machine, centrifugal and bag filter, we can use it alone or in series with other filters to achieve the desired effect.

3. How to achieve uninterrupted filtering?

The parallel installation of bag filters can provide continuous filtration or increase the flow rate. As shown in the figure, parallel installation and replacement of filter bags can maintain continuous filtration.
