Composition and classification of filter bags
The filter bag is the executive part of the dust filter of the bag filter. The general filter bag unit is composed of a filter bag made of flexible filter material and accessories that play an auxiliary role.
According to the direction of dust, it can be divided into outer filter type and inner filter type filter bag. The outer filter type filter bag and the auxiliary bag cage and the venturi tube form the filter unit, and the inner filter type filter bag and the auxiliary function bag cap, the snap ring and the clamp form the filter unit.
According to the use temperature, it can be divided into normal temperature (≤130℃), medium temperature (130-200℃), high temperature filter bag (≥200℃)
According to the cross-sectional shape of the filter bag, it can be divided into pulse filter bag, reverse air filter bag and mechanical vibration filter bag.
The external filter type round filter bag specifications are generally 115-200mm in diameter and 1500-8000mm in length.
The specifications of the inner filter round filter bag are generally 130-300mm in diameter and 2000-12000mm in length.
The flat filter bag specifications are generally 200-500mm in half circumference and 1500-6000mm in length .
