Homo-Acrylic (PAC) Dust Filter Bags

Acrylic dust filter bag is a new type of high temperature resistant filter material. It not only has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and non-deformation of glass fiber fabric, but also the three-dimensional microporous structure of felt layer fiber, high porosity and low gas filtration resistance. . The instantaneous working temperature is 150℃, and the normal working temperature is 120℃. Needle-punched felt uses acrylic woven fabric as base fabric to enhance vertical and horizontal strength. It has excellent chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance, and is widely used in dust collection of flue gas in asphalt, dryers, coal mills, and power plant sintering machines.

Acrylic dust filter bag has the following characteristics:

1. The continuous working temperature is 130 degrees, and it does not exceed 140 degrees instantly;

2. Good acid and alkali resistance, PH value is between 3-11;

3. The relative humidity is less than 30%, pay attention to oxidation.
