Install Dust Filter Bags Requirements

Installation filter bag requirements: 

It is recommended that two persons install the filter bag. One person folds the bag lengthwise to minimize the contact between the filter bag and the cell plate and enters the cell plate hole. Another person holds and opens the rolled filter bag and gradually puts it into the filter bag. Shape the opening of the bag into a U shape, then stick the groove of the opening on the cell plate, hold the side of the cell plate, release the opening of the bag and let the filter bag rebound by itself or by hand, so that the groove of the bag opening is stuck on the cell plate to make sure it is tight and not shake. When there are gaps, smooth cylinders can be tapped inside the bag mouth to make it close together. The filter bag after installation is strictly forbidden to tread on, and can be covered with thick cardboard.

Filter bag installation inspection: 

After each filter bag installation, check whether the joint seam is sealed and whether the sealing position is correct. Check whether it is vertical from the dust hopper. If it is found that the bottom of the filter bag touches or is not correct, please make a record and adjust it straight in time under the guidance of the special person.
