The PTFE membrane filter bag is an after treatment ptfe filter bags after doing the ptfe membrane . The ptfe membrane filter bags can improve the filtration percistion to 20mg /m3 but it also increase the resistance of dust collector .

After Surface Treatment of PTFE dust Filter Bags ：

1. Ptfe Dipping : Improve the filtration precision ≤10mg/m³, lower filtration efficiency but increase the acid-base resistance property .

2. Ptfe film: Improve filtration precision ≤20mg/m³, can't lower the filtration efficiencyjust a small increase in acid-base resistance property
