● High Filtration Efficiency: Polyester has excellent particle retention, effectively capturing fine particles and dust.
● High Temperature Resistance: Polyester can withstand moderate temperatures, typically up to about 130-150°C (266-302°F).
● Mechanical Strength: It has good tensile strength and dimensional stability.
● Abrasion Resistance: The fabric is resistant to abrasion, prolonging its service life even in demanding filtration applications.
● Ease of Cleaning: Polyester needle felt can be cleaned and maintained easily, either through mechanical shaking, air pulsing, or washing.
