During trial operation of the bag filter, special attention should be paid to the main points of inspection:


 1. The rotation direction, speed, bearing vibration and temperature of the fan.


2. Whether the processing air volume and the pressure and temperature of each test point are consistent with the design.


3. The installation of the dust filter bag, whether there is any bag drop, loose mouth, abrasion, etc. after use, can be judged by visual inspection of the emission of the chimney after it is put into operation.


4. Pay attention to whether there is condensation in the bag room and whether the ash discharge system is unblocked. The dust collector prevents clogging and corrosion. When the dust accumulation is serious, it will affect the production of the host.


5. The adjustment of the cleaning cycle and cleaning time. This work is an important factor that affects the performance and operation of dust collection. If the cleaning time is too long, the attached dust layer will be removed, which will cause leakage and damage of the filter bag. If the dust removal time is too short and the dust on the filter bag has not yet been removed, the filter operation will be resumed, which will restore the resistance quickly and gradually increase, and ultimately affect its use effect.


6. The interval between the two cleaning cycles is called the cleaning cycle. It is generally hoped that the cleaning cycle can be as long as possible so that the dust collector can operate under economic resistance conditions. Therefore, dust collector manufacturers must carefully study the nature of dust, dust concentration, etc., and determine the cleaning cycle and time according to different cleaning methods, and adjust during trial operation to achieve better cleaning parameters.


 The bag filter and bag filter room used in the early days did not have a dust removal device, and the filtering wind speed was low, that is, the gas processing capacity was low. Later, manual methods were used to remove the dust adsorbed on the filter bag, and the filtering wind speed was increased; and then it was developed into a bag filter (mechanical vibration, reverse air flow and reverse air system vibration bag) that periodically automatically beats the intermittent dust removal in the sub-chamber.
