The Feature of Aramid Dust Filter Bags

Description 

Aramid Filter bag is made of 100% aramid (commonly known as aromatic polyamide fiber) with aramid scrim , long-term temperature resistance of 204°C, instantaneous temperature resistance of 250°C, strong alkali resistance, medium acid resistance, is a good material for handling high temperature gases at 180-250°C.

Feature:                                                         

1.Continuous operating temperature is up to 200°C, instant service temperature is up to 250°C

2.Fire retardant performance is excellent 

3.Corrosion resistance and alkali resistance is good 

4.Excellent thermal stability, excellent abrasion resistance and flexural resistance 

5.Hydrolysis resistance is poor, frequent SOx and vapor in flue gas or dew point will  greatly reduce its service life.

6.High and stronger tensile strength and abrasion resistance keep our Conex filter long working life.
